Lot #3: Original Oil Painting by Landscape Artist Samuel Baker
Value: $3,500-$4,000
This handsome framed art (size 20 x 24) titled “Mason Springs” has been generously painted especially for YTA by accomplished Texas artist Samuel Baker. He is better known as Sam Baker here in Montgomery Country where he resided for many years. The stunning Texas landscape features a grand old oak tree looking over a gentle Hill Country stream, Bluebonnets, Indian Paintbrush, Flax, and other wildflowers.
Sam has studied under some of the best landscape artists and has won several juried competitions. His paintings hang in homes and businesses from Texas to Kentucky to Colorado. Sam is represented by the Two Old Crows Gallery in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
