Young Texas Artists Music Competition
Held annually since 1983, the Young Texas Artists Music Competition showcases the talent of emerging Texas artists ages 18 to 32. Originally a premier featuring only one artist, the competition has grown to four divisions — voice, piano, strings and orchestral instruments — and is adjudicated by five internationally recognized judges.
Best of Texas: A Concert of Classics
The Young Texas Artists Music Competition culminates in Best of Texas: A Concert of Classics, featuring performances by emerging Texas talent on stage at Conroe’s historic Crighton Theatre on Saturday, March 14, 2026.
